How Do You Remove Integrations from ClickFunnels?

ClickFunnels does not restrict the number of ClickFunnels integrations for your funnels. The platform gives full control over its accessibility which makes it easy for users to add, remove, archive, and modify their integration status.

In some instances, however, an application may be needed to be replaced in order to give way to a better one with more features. This means that you will have to remove certain integrations to avoid command overlaps.

This being stated, today, we’re going to talk about how you can easily remove existing integrations from your list without going through complex processes.

Step 1: Choose the funnel where the integration is set.

Before proceeding to the task, it is important that you already know the specific integration that you want to remove. This also involves knowing the particular funnel that it belongs to, as well as the subpage that it affects.

Doing so will enable you to complete the process more efficiently, and will also prevent you from accidentally removing integrations from other funnels.

To do so, here are the tasks that you should refer to:

  1. Navigate to the list of your existing funnels.

First off, what you want to do is to go to the Funnels Page. This can be done by clicking “ClickFunnels” from the top menu of your dashboard, then selecting “Funnels” from the drop-down menu. This will redirect you to a complete list of the funnels that you have previously made. You can also add and remove any funnel from the page if you prefer.

  1. Click the name of the funnel where your desired application is integrated.

The next task involves opening your desired funnel’s settings. This is very simple considering that you only need to click its name to do so. This will consequently lead us to the next step.

This step requires care and certainty because it will sure be bothersome if you confuse one funnel with another. Double-checking the name, properties, and integrations of the funnel that you chose to avoid having to redo the process any time soon.

Step 2: Access Integrations Page.

After clicking the name of the funnel, you will be redirected to the settings of the specific funnel. This is where you will be able to modify its current status and existing elements. Now, for the next step, we have to access the Integrations Page.

The Integrations Page, if you are not yet familiar with it, refers to a bespoke dashboard where you will be able to see the applications that you have integrated with the page. You will also see the triggers and actions that are set with each.

To access it, below is an overview of the procedure:

  1. Click “Edit Page” from your funnel’s dashboard.

This is probably the first button that you will see on the current page because this is enclosed in a bright yellow button. This will bring you to the ClickFunnels Editor.

  1. Open Integrations from Settings.

From the ClickFunnels Editor, you will be able to see Settings on the top menu. Find Settings, click it, and then select Integrations from the drop-down menu. This will open a new popup window wherein the funnel’s integrations, along with their triggers and actions, are listed.

The Integrations Page of ClickFunnels will serve as a way for you to manage your integrations from one specific funnel. Alternatively, you can directly access it by going to your Account Settings from the dashboard, and then clicking Integrations under the Setup group from the left-side menu.

Step 3: Select and remove chosen integration.

Before we go on to remove integrations, it is recommended that you should work your way around the Integrations Page first.

This is because you may need to acquaint yourself with the new terms like action, trigger, and other things. The only one that you have to pay attention to, however, is the list itself.

This being stated, here are the things that you can do with one application from the integrations:

  • Add – This function should be used if you want to add a new application to the page. There are no limitations as to the type of application, but in some cases, this may not work, and you will be required to use third-party service providers like Zapier.
  • Remove – In removing an integration, you are disabling their functions, and providing additional space for better applications.
  • Archive – Archive is almost the same as remove except that instead of disabling the functions, the triggers and actions set with it remain the same. The archived application is not just shown on the list.

Again, in this article, we are going to focus on the Remove function. This, and the other two commands, can be accessed by opening Options, still within the popup window for integrations. Note that you can easily retrieve the integrations once removed so you don’t have to worry about having to go through a bothersome integration process once again.

Alternative Method

Another way that you can remove integrations is by accessing the general list for integrations. Here is how you can do this:

  1. Open Account Settings.

This is the menu at the topmost part of your ClickFunnels dashboard, specifically on the right corner. Clicking it will lead you to the Account Settings page and is also where you can modify the general settings for your ClickFunnels account and plan.

  1. Navigate to the Integrations Page.

To go to the Integrations Page, scroll down on the left-side menu until you find the Setup group. The button for Integrations is just below it. Clicking it will show the list of the existing integrations in your account.

  1. Remove unnecessary integration/s.

To remove an integration, simply click the corresponding option, which comes in the form of 3 vertical dots.

This method, however, is not that recommended if you have different integrations set for different funnels. This is because the list will contain all the applications that you have integrated with your account, and are not sorted by group like how you will see it on a funnel page.

Summary: How Do You Remove Integrations from ClickFunnels?

Having the ability to remove integrations, and bring it back whenever you may need it is a big advantage as a ClickFunnels user, especially after you have taken the Secrets Masterclass of ClickFunnels. This will provide you with more control and flexibility over your apps whilst not risking going over the maximum bandwidth.

You can choose one from the two methods presented above. The first step will be ideal if you want to make sure that no funnels will be affected by the removed integrations, while the second one takes less time, and is recommended if you set general integrations for your funnels.
