How to Use ClickFunnels with ClickBank

ClickBank is an affiliate marketplace. Here, you can promote and sell products in exchange for commissions.

If you are using ClickFunnels, you can create landing pages that will make it easier for you to sell. This will help you use funnels in selling your affiliate products. In addition, you’ll be able to use various marketing strategies.

It’s a given that the two programs go well together. In the next sections, we’re going to walk you through this task. We’re going to show you how to integrate ClickFunnels with ClickBank.

With the guide, you can save more time. You won’t have to work your way around each app.

Step 1: Create a Vendor Account in ClickBank.

For the first step, you will need to create a vendor account in ClickBank. If you already have this setup, you can skip this step. You can also head on to the next one if so.

If you haven’t yet, refer to the following steps:

  1. Go to ClickBank’s website.
  2. Log in to your ClickBank account. If you don’t have one, proceed to sign up first. You may also need to pay fees to successfully create one.
  3. Once logged in, navigate to the left sidebar of your dashboard. Click Accounts from the choices.
  4. Clicking the Account button will give you two choices. The first one is “Create an Account”. The second one is “Link Account”. If you will create a new one, choose the first option. If you already have a vendor account, click the second. We will focus on the former, though.
  5. In creating a new account, you will be asked to select preferred settings. Initially, you have to set the account type. There are five options in total but you can only choose from two. If your goal is to sell products, select the Vendor Account. If you are both a seller and affiliate, you need to select Combination.
  6. You will be required to enter a nickname. Enter whatever fits your preferences.

You can click Sign Up once you’re satisfied with the settings. Take note that it should be a vendor/combination account. This is because we will be dealing with selling products.

Step 2: Create a User in ClickBank.

The second step is where you need to create a user account. This will allow you to have access to ClickBank from other platforms. Simply speaking, this will serve as your clerks for management.

To do this, refer to the following guide:

  1. Navigate back to your account’s dashboard.
  2. Select Users from the left sidebar. This will redirect you to the User Management Page.
  3. Click the “Create New User” button from the said page.
  4. Check the box corresponding to “Is this an API-Only user?”. By default, a new user will receive a confirmation email. Checking the box will remove the need for it. It will also allow exclusive access to those with the API Key.
  5. Add the user’s description and/or name. This will help you differentiate one user from another.
  6. Optionally, you can set the appropriate permissions for the user. These include read/write for API settings.
