How to Manage Your ClickFunnels Account Billing

If you want to know how much ClickFunnels is charging you, you must go to your account settings. Follow these steps:

  • Go to My Account
  • Click on Settings
  • Look for the Billing section
  • Click on Account Billing

Here, you can update your information, and see how you are billed, for how much, and when. You can also choose to cancel your account from this page.

Cancelling Your ClickFunnels Account

I would personally be sad if you wanted to cancel your ClickFunnels account. It tells me that you may not have found the success you were looking for.

To cancel your ClickFunnels account, there are several steps that you need to complete. I will be showing these steps in a bit.

Keep in mind that once you cancel, you will not be charged on your next billing cycle. The thing is that you will lose a lot of data.

ClickFunnels Billing and Subscription

Here are the steps to cancel your ClickFunnels account:

  • Go to your dashboard and head over to your account section
  • Click Account Settings
  • Click Account Billing
  • Choose Cancel Account
  • Click the yellow Cancel My Subscription button
  • Select a reason for your cancellation
  • Answer the rest of the questions
  • Scroll down to the bottom and click the box, agreeing to the terms
  • Click on Cancel My Account
  • Type CONFIRM on the box that appears
  • Click on Proceed With Cancellation

Once this is done, you will no longer have access to your list of contacts. In addition to this, you will also lose access to your pages. Finally, your pages will no longer be live. People can no longer view your site, and your business has completely shut down.

Upgrading Your ClickFunnels Plan

Upgrading your ClickFunnels account offers a lot of benefits. The steps on how to upgrade your ClickFunnels account are shown below:

  • Click on Account Billing
  • Look for Choose a Different Plan and click that
  • Select the plan that you want
  • Click the blue-button that says Select This Plan

There is also a way by which you can upgrade your ClickFunnels plan into an annual one. Doing so will help you save money.

To do this, follow these steps:

  • Go to your dashboard
  • Click your Account Profile
  • Click on Account Settings
  • Select Account Billing
  • Look for the blue box that says ANNUAL PLATINUM PLAN

From here, choose the plan you like, and your account shall be automatically upgraded. There are some situations where you may not see this offer. If this is the case, it means that the plan you are looking for is not available in your country.

Account Upgrade to Access A Course

If you do qualify, you may see an offer that is especially meant for you. With this one, you will receive more features in your ClickFunnels account.

The optional upgrade gives you six months of access to Actionetics. What I like about it is that it also gives you access to the Backpack feature, which allows you to do affiliate marketing. On top of that, you get access to Masterclass course.

How to Put Your ClickFunnels Account on Hold

What if you want to pause your business for a while and do not want to cancel your account completely? You can do this by putting your ClickFunnels account on hold.

Here is how you will navigate your account to do this:

  • Go to Billing
  • Select Cancel Account
  • Choose Cancel My Subscription
  • Select Pause Your Plan
  • Click Pause My Account

What happens here is that you will not be charged or billed for the days that your account is on hold. It will help you save money.

However, you must also know that if your account is on hold, your website is also not visible. It is not active, and you will not be able to make sales.

This method of charging you is what they call proration. Proration means that they will only charge you for the days that you use the service.

This proration happens if a customer like you put your plan on hold in the middle of a billing cycle. The hold will change effect immediately, but then you have already used the service for a few days or a few weeks.

This process does not change your billing date. For example, let us say that you are paying $99 per month. Your billing date is every first of the month.

Let us say that today is June 20th. What this means is that you used the service from June 1st to the 20th. You cancelled on the 20th.

Your rate is $99/30 days = $3.3 per day. If you used the service for 20 days, ClickFunnels would charge you 20 x $3.3 = $66.

From here, ClickFunnels will no longer charge you until such time that you activate your ClickFUnnels account again.
